QUALITEK 600 SERIES
The Qualitek 600 Series testers are used for non-destructive testing of components in
the automotive, appliance, medical device and other industries. Tested products include
Radiators, Castings, Brakes, Catheters, Blood Bags, Syringes, Gas Rails, Water and Fuel
Pumps, and more. Using the Qualiteks, Pressure Decay Sensitivity of 0.01 mbar (0.0001 psi)
is achievable, which equates to a flow rate sensitively of <1 cc/hr for small
components. Pressure Ranges from vacuum to 225 psig are available for all models.
Model Q624 Qualitek Automatic pressure regulation. Holds
32 linkable test programs. The most advanced unit in the series, the Q624 keeps production
lines running at high speed while l performing complex test sequences. Uses a highly
sensitive differential pressure transducer, and built-in software for sealed component
testing sequences, and pre-fill testing.
Model Q623 Qualitek Utilizing many of the Q624 components and features,
the Q623 uses a manually adjustable pressure regulator.
Model Q621 Qualitek Relying on its single gauge transducer and manually
adjusted pressure regulator, this 4-program tester provides a low cost solution for many
leak testing applications.
Model 622 Qualitek The Qualitek 622 is the Mass Flow Detector version in
the successful 600 Series. The 622 Qualitek can measure air leaks down to 0.1 sccm at test
pressures up to 100 PSIG. Other flow ranges up to 100 litres/hr are available. Air Flow
testing using the Qualitek 622 Mass flow unit is fast and repeatable. Most of the features
available on the 623/624 Qualitek have been transferred to the 622 Qualitek to ensure
complete flexibility in testing many different products and systems.
Model Q631Qualitek The Q631 Air Pressure Decay Leak Tester is a Bench Top
instrument designed for high sensitivity, fast and repeatable leak testing with the option
to perform accurate burst and creep test measurements.
Model Q6000 Qualitek The multi-channel Qualitek 6000 is a capable of
testing four (4) different components at one time in either synchronous or asynchronous
operation. The Control/Display panel is used for setup and for displaying real time
profiles of the component under test. The Remote Test Modules have built-in intelligence
to allow for stand-alone operation after programming. The test modules can be equipped
with gauge, differential, or mass flow sensors.
